Nestled amid pecan trees and native grasses, the FireLake Golf Course ranks in the top 10 daily fee golf courses in Oklahoma. The golf course features Champion Bermuda on the greens which is a highly desirable grass that is nearly immune to the intense heat and is rarely found on courses in Oklahoma. Although the course is not extremely long at 6,335 yards, the tight fairways present a very challenging course. The eleven small lakes and a meandering creek provide water hazards on 13 of the 18 holes. If practice is the goal, a driving range, chipping green and putting green are available.
The FireLake Golf Course includes a newly remodeled pro shop. Fully stocked with clubs, balls, bags, apparel, and other merchandise with the FireLake logo, the FireLake Pro Shop meets the needs of the first time golfer or the professional.
FireLake Golf Course is about 45 minutes from the Cox Convention Center. From OKC you will take the 181 exit (Highway 177) and go south. In approximately 7 miles you will come to a Sonic with a red light. Turn left on to Hardesty Road and go approximately 2 miles to the first stop sign. At the stop sign turn right and go ½ mile and we are on the left side of the road.
