Understanding your Personal Work Style

Understanding your personal work style and your colleagues personal work styles are key to being successful at work.  This interactive session provides a framework for looking at personal styles in the workplace.  Participants will gain an understanding of your own behavioral and communication style as well as other styles and their preferences in order to maximize interpersonal success. Prerequisite quiz:  http://www.123test.com/disc-personality-test/.   The primary goal is to increase participant’s self-awareness, tips on how to flex your personal style and relationship management in the workplace.  Participants will learn how to improve interpersonal communications, connect with co-workers more effectively and understand what you need to do to be more successful in your interactions with others.
