This interactive session is intended to provide the participant with an understanding as to why being able to develop a corporate culture which matches what an organization wants and needs is important, not just for the attitude of the workplace, but for the competitiveness of the organization.  Also, you will better understand why some corporate cultures are viewed so negative and others postively.   The participant will learn how interactions with others develops culture on a daily basis and is useful to young professionals entering the ranks of Management or to someone with experience but needs tools to change the culture of their organization.
