It’s About Time to Get More Things Done

Add up how many hours you lost today. How many interruptions stopped your work? Did you make it to all your appointments on time? Did you feel frustrated or rushed to complete a task?  If you find it impossible to manage your time effectively, you will have a hard time managing anything else in your life and eventually your world will begin to spiral out of control.
