With the rapid growth of technology in the 21st century, start-ups and entrepreneurs have flooded industries once monopolized by large corporations.  How do companies respond before getting left behind?  By joining the trend!  Intrapreneurship means using entrepreneurial skills to develop a new product or business within a larger organization, and it is an emerging model for fast corporate innovation.  This session will examine case studies of intrapreneurship from 3M and other large corporations.  We will explore best practices to transform intrapreneurship into innovative solutions through concepts from the book "The Lean Startup" and other real-world examples.
